At Ragi Packaging, we strive to ensure that your orders are processed and delivered promptly and safely. Please review our standard shipping policy below to understand how we handle shipping and delivery.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Standard delivery within India usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Remote or rural areas may take longer.

  • Ragi Packaging is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free standard shipping may be available for orders above a specified amount (as indicated on our website).

  • Shipping charges for smaller orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at the time of checkout. Ragi Packaging will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Any additional shipping costs incurred due to re-delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress in real-time.

6. Return Shipping

We will provide a prepaid shipping label for returns of damaged or incorrect items (subject to our Refund & Return Policy). However, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for other reasons, such as:
